Galas and theme parties are probably our favorite gigs. We love an opportunity to go bold and create events that leave your guests excited about the next one. Our experience with planning over-the-top theme parties dates back nearly two decades!

Making amazing memories for you and your guests is our main event planning goal. Consider having us plan your special occasions, like a Mitzvah, or a milestone birthday. Theme parties are so fun for us too!
Whether it's a big trade show with large load in requirements, or a convention with tons of breakout sessions, we can help. We've worked on conventions for well known National political figures, the Rocky Mountain Association of Fairs, Montana Tavern Association, Grand Masonic Lodge of Montana, Stock Growers Association, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Ducks Unlimited, Pheasants Forever, Safari Club International, and many, many more.
We've planned concerts from the ground up. From finding the right entertainment, negotiating + reviewing contracts and riders, hiring and training ushers, printing tickets, running will call, and even introducing artists on the stage. We know the ropes! We've worked with musicians like Trisha Yearwood, Miranda Lambert, Trace Adkins, the Beach Boys, Rick Springfield, and many more. If you're planning a concert and need an entertainment director, we're familiar!
Our sister company, Winter Paper Co. offers graphic design services. When it comes to corporate events, we can produce paper products and signage for any event - programs, menu cards, bidder numbers, invitations, and much much more.
Whether it's a small meeting with just creative interactive elements, or multiple days with lots of logistics, we're great with budgets, timelines, and love to help with creative interactive ideas to keep your attendees alert, attentive, and involved.
