ABOUT:
So you had to postpone your 2020 wedding because of Covid-19. THAT REALLY SUCKS. We feel you. We've helped all of our wedding couples this year adjust to the "new normal" and either postpone or shift wedding plans. We know what you've been through and we want to help. We also LOVE what we do, and we still want weddings to happen this year, in a safe, appropriate environment.
So what is this "Love is NOT cancelled" event, and how can we help you?
For starters, we want couples who are head over heels. And although you're sad about the wedding postponement, you can't see yourself possibly waiting another year to marry your person. But you don't want to go to the courthouse either - you want something special, and personal, and memorable. So we're here to help you "elope," along with 8 of your friends & family in attendance.
WHAT IS PROVIDED:

A 15-20 minute private, personalized wedding ceremony, officiated by professional officiant, Harmen Steele.

Our location is Little Smith Creek Ranch, in Victor, Montana, with scenic views of the Bitterroot Valley (a 35 minute drive from Missoula).

Ceremony & Reception decor, provided by Perfect Events (Home of Oh So Chic Boutique)

A bouquet & boutonniere (in the color of your choice) provided by Bitterroot Flower Shop

An hour long mini reception with passed appetizers provided by A Moveable Feast (you may provide alcohol for your guests, and menu depends on time of day you select)

Planning, design, and additional decor provided by Events by Autumn

Paper masks & hand sanitizer provided throughout event (and other Covid-19 safety precautions taken by all vendors, including sanitation & mask usage).

The ability to live stream your ceremony to the entire 2021 guest list, who can't attend this year.

A short film of the wedding day, created by Johanna B Photography, as well as a full video of the ceremony.

Paper invitations & stamps to mail to your guests, provided by Winter Paper Co.

COST:
This package costs $1500 (and is valued at over $13,000) - all vendors participating have agreed to donate much of their time to help you have a memorable day, despite the current circumstances. The price remains the same if your guest count drops below the 10 total guests allowed.
A $500 deposit is required to hold a time slot - final payment due on the 24th of August.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO MANAGE?

You'll plan your own hair & makeup (we suggest using your professional hair & makeup artist's trial run for this day, or hire a stylist to do a completely fresh look!). We can help with more suggestions, if you need!

Any alcohol you'd like to serve to guests you'll need to provide. The bar is self service, and you'll need to provide glassware for anything other than champagne. We'll provide (10) stemless champagne flutes for your use.

Your attire - it's completely up to you.
