My pricing is unique to what I provide, because my "fine art wedding" planning service is above and beyond what other planners offer. I handle all the creative elements helps ensure your day is cohesive, branded, and seamless. There are already so many moving parts to a wedding day - hiring me makes sure your event looks like you, but done in a way that's easy!
My clients matter to me, and so do their event details! Therefore, I take on a limited number of weddings + events in a year, so I have plenty of time to give your event the focus it deserves.

THE AVERAGE LUXURY WEDDING BUDGET
Events by Autumn plans luxury, fine art weddings. Within the event industry, luxury is defined as a budget of $1000+ per guest. So a 100 person wedding could expect to spend $100,000+ between catering, venue, rentals, photographer, beauty, attire, entertainment, etc. This is just an estimation, and each event is different.
This spending average does not include our planning fees.

FOR FINE ART WEDDING PLANNING SERVICES
Pricing for a professional wedding planner is typically about 20% of your overall wedding budget. Once you inquire, I'll follow up + ask more questions about the size and scope of your plans, as well as dream event locations. You will then receive a customized quote that outlines our services and the custom price. Our pricing typically starts at $20,000. When compared to other planners, remember that we offer the following within our price point:

Access to our personal collection of rentals through Made, at no additional cost*

Custom luxury event branding, stationery + signage through Winter Paper Co., at the cost of materials

Custom professional decor fabrication + production also at the cost of materials
So you may pay more upfront to cover our planning fees, but you will ALWAYS get more with our services!

EVENT DESIGN
SERVICES
Our event design services are always a $5000, flat rate. We work in advance to help you strategically plan your designs, communicate that plan, and then source vendors to make it happen. We are not onsite as part of this service, however, we do offer:

50% discount on the custom design fees at Winter Paper Co. to create custom stationery or signage

50% discount towards the rental minimum at Made Rentals if you would like to rent decor or have custom decor fabricated

WHY IS HIRING A PLANNER AN INVESTMENT?
Hiring a planner is a luxury, not a necessity. Lots of people successfully plan their own weddings + events. That being said, if you're planning on a luxury scale, it typically means hiring upwards of 20+ vendors, with thousands of moving parts to manage on the event day. That requires more than just organizational skills. It takes time + commitment to navigate all the communications. It also takes attention to detail. But most importantly, it takes a lot of knowledge in the world of events to know how everything will look and come together before it actually happens on the day of.
That's where the term "investment" comes in. You're investing in a one-of-a-kind event, where you want everything to perfectly fall into place. That takes WORK. And that's what we're doing behind the scenes, for you. Heaven forbid something DOES go wrong (ahem... cue weather... 2020 COVID...), know that the planner you invested in knows your wants + needs inside and out, and can quickly and decisively pivot, while you continue to just be the host. It's an investment in piece of mind to know you can say "my planner has it covered."
