Review the terms you'll need to approve in order to have a booth at our event. It's important to know load-in and load-out regulations, and what's allowed in your booth. We run a legal + professional event from start to finish.
Use your email address and your password (which we will send once you're an approved vendor), and you can click above to access your invoice at any time. You'll pay a deposit up front and a final payment 60 days out.

Are you a professional wedding vendor, looking to reach engaged couples throughout Western Montana? The Wedding Fair will be promoted professionally, and we are expecting 250+ qualified leads in attendance for our first wedding fair, with Events by Autumn as the show planner & main sponsor.
We offer financial credits to vendors who are willing to volunteer for a minimum of 4 hours on either setup or teardown. Credits will be sent via check following conclusion of event (net 30 days).
