Our Fine Art Event package includes full service planning, which will keep you (and your committee) organized and focused on the goal, help you create a strong fundraising program, and also gives maximum "wow" factor when you're on a non-profit budget. Here's all that's included:

Step 1

INITIAL CONSULTATION + ONBOARDING

I have a successful track record in building profitable events for non-profit clients. Let's bring you on board and talk about what's worked for you in the past, and where your event can grow. To help you brainstorm and organize your details as we begin, I’ll provide forms designed to guide you through the process:

  • Shared planning checklists

  • Guest List template

  • Vendor payment tracking 

  • Marketing calendar + deadline establishment

  • Online client portal (where all future documents will also be stored!)

Step 2

BUDGETING, FORECASTING + CREATIVE FUNDRAISING

I'll look at your past event statistics and budgets, and also work to understand who your typical attendee or sponsor is (or we can start a totally new event)! Budgeting is vital to the success of your event, so we start our focus there. I'll define your comfortable expenditure range, and help calculate income possibilities too. I’ll provide:

DESIGN, BRANDING + INSPIRATION

Using those initial details you've shared, I’ll also begin brainstorming all the ways we might be able to weave branding into your event. I'll define the key elements that will set your event apart, and also formulate the overall vision for your fundraiser. I love incorporating ideas you already have in mind, but I also strive to take them a step further—elevating the design to create a one-of-a-kind event that truly reflects your organization's mission and impact. I’ll provide:

  • Event branding

  • Customized Pinterest design board

  • Sketches of designs + installation elements

  • Creative menu suggestions

  • Program entertainment + program writing assistance

  • Diagrams + layouts

Step 4

VENDOR SELECTION + MANAGEMENT

Once we've established a budget that aligns with your event's vision, financial goals, and branding, I'll curate a personalized list of vendor recommendations. This list will be tailored to meet the unique needs of your fundraising goals and event budget. I’ll provide + assist with:

 

  • Vendor recommendations

  • Venue Tours

  • Vendor contact information

Step 5

ORGANIZATIONAL TOOLS

This is where my decades of experience across various event-related roles become invaluable. I anticipate what vendors AND volunteers will need before they even ask, ensuring seamless communication and organization. I know how to sort, structure, and relay information clearly—detailing exactly how the event days will unfold, where everyone needs to be, and when. In short, I am ORGANIZED and DETAIL-ORIENTED. I’ll provide:

  • Timelines + program creation

  • Inventory lists

THE FINE ART EVENT

This is where I truly stand apart from other planners. You’ve branded + budgeted every detail with me—now I’ll bring those details to life in a way that’s not only stunning and cohesive but also professionally executed. Since I only charge for materials, you’ll be able to feature impactful design elements that "wow" without the retail expense, or asking local community members for more donations. As a professional artist and graphic designer with years of experience turning event visions into reality, I ensure every detail is thoughtfully crafted.

FABRICATION

  • Custom build minimum fees are waived for Fine Art clients

  • I offer wholesale pricing for custom builds + linen fabrication

STATIONERY + SIGNAGE SERVICES

  • Waived custom design fee ($1000 savings) at Winter Paper Co.

  • Wholesale pricing for all stationery + signage products

  • This includes favors + event accessories, VIP gifts, event swag, etc.

  • Assistance with program slide show and sponsorship artwork

  • Offering all printing methods, including laser, letterpress, embossing, foiling, and more, on mixed media applications

ACCESS TO EVENT RENTALS

  • Access to the rental inventory at Made

  • Rental minimums waived

  • One full 13' cargo trailer load of decor included in quote

  • You'll pay only material cost for items that are changed or updated within the inventory, otherwise we bring decor at no additional cost

Step 7

SEAMLESS LOGISTICS, WOW EXPERIENCES FOR ATTENDEES + AN EXTRAORDINARY EVENT!

When you hire me as your planner, it frees you to  be the face of your nonprofit organization—engaging with attendees, fostering connections, and making key announcements (if you choose to!). Meanwhile, I will be working behind the scenes to ensure a smooth, stress-free event by providing the following services:

  • Event setup services with the assistance of my professional crew (often multiple days, depending on logistics)

  • Run dress rehearsal + manage program

  • Vendor management

  • Guest management

  • Timeline + program management

  • On site the entire event day, from start to finish

  • Event strike (teardown) services
