It includes full service planning, as a basic foundation, but it goes far beyond just planning.

Step 1
INITIAL CONSULTATION + ONBOARDING
One of the first things we'll do together is talk through your goals and ideas for the day. This goes beyond just its appearance—it’s about the flavors, the sounds, and the people who will share it with you. To help you brainstorm and organize your details, I’ll provide forms designed to guide you through the process:

DESIGN, INSPIRATION + BUDGETING
Using the initial details you share, I’ll work with you to refine your must-haves, budget range, and the key design elements that inspire you. We’ll exchange ideas and inspiration, building on what you already love while pushing the creative boundaries to make your event truly unique to you both. I’ll provide:

Step 3
VENDOR SELECTION + MANAGEMENT
After we've determined a spending limit that aligns with our design concepts and the overall feel of your day, I’ll create a tailored list of vendor recommendations. This list will be customized to fit your specific event needs and budget. I always aim to provide multiple options in each category, giving you the flexibility to research and choose the best fit for you. I’ll provide + assist with:

ORGANIZATIONAL TOOLS
This is where my decades of experience across various event-related roles become invaluable. I anticipate what vendors will need before they even ask, ensuring seamless communication and organization. I know how to sort, structure, and relay information clearly—detailing exactly how the event day will unfold, where everyone needs to be, and when. In short, I am ORGANIZED and DETAIL-ORIENTED. I’ll provide:

THE FINE ART EVENT
This is where I truly stand apart from other planners. You’ve envisioned + budgeted every detail with me—now I’ll bring them to life in a way that’s not only stunning and cohesive but also professionally executed. Since I only charge for materials, you’ll have extra room in your budget for upgrades—whether it’s a top-shelf bar selection, unique entertainment, or an elevated menu. As a professional artist and graphic designer with years of experience turning event visions into reality, I ensure every detail is thoughtfully crafted.
FABRICATION

Custom build minimum fees are waived for Fine Art clients

I offer wholesale pricing for custom builds + linen fabrication
STATIONERY + SIGNAGE SERVICES

Waived custom design fee ($1000 savings) at Winter Paper Co.

Wholesale pricing for all stationery + signage products

This includes favors + event accessories, welcome, gifts, etc.

Offering all printing methods, including laser, letterpress, embossing, foiling, and more, on mixed media applications
ACCESS TO EVENT RENTALS

Access to the rental inventory at Made

Rental minimums waived

One full 13' cargo trailer load of decor included in quote

You'll pay only material cost for items that are changed or updated within the inventory, otherwise we bring decor at no additional cost

As the event host, you’ll be free to mingle and fully immerse yourself in the celebration with your friends and family. Meanwhile, my expert team and I will be behind the scenes, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience by providing the following services:
