Step 1
INITIAL CONSULTATION + ONBOARDING
When talking about conferences and conventions, we love to deep dive into your product/service and your goals for the specific event. Initially, we research to better understand what you are selling or promoting to attendees, and what you want their main takeaways to be. With that in mind, we're able to formulate all those tiny little branding details that will make the event memorable for your guests, and will set it apart from other trade shows. No more boring meetings! To help you brainstorm and organize your details, I’ll provide forms designed to guide you through the process:

BUDGETING, FORECASTING, DESIGN, BRANDING + INSPIRATION
Using those initial details you've shared, I’ll begin brainstorming all the ways we might be able to weave branding into your event, while also making it financially viable. I'll work with you to refine your must-haves, budget range, sales goals, and the key design elements that inspire you. We’ll exchange ideas and inspiration, building on what you already have planned, while pushing the creative boundaries to make your event truly unique for your attendees. I’ll provide:

VENDOR SELECTION + MANAGEMENT
After we've determined a spending limit that aligns with our design concepts, as well as your financial + branding goals, I’ll create a tailored list of vendor recommendations. This list will be customized to fit your specific event needs and budget. I’ll provide + assist with:

ORGANIZATIONAL TOOLS
This is where my decades of experience across various event-related roles become invaluable, as well as my past experience in conference + meeting planning. I anticipate what vendors will need before they even ask, ensuring seamless communication and organization. I know how to sort, structure, and relay information clearly—detailing exactly how the event days will unfold, where everyone needs to be, and when. In short, I am ORGANIZED and DETAIL-ORIENTED. This is where I truly stand apart from other planners. You’ve branded + budgeted every detail with me—now I’ll bring those details to life in a way that’s not only stunning and cohesive but also professionally executed. Since I only charge for materials, you’ll have extra room in your budget for upgrades—whether it’s hosting the bar, hiring unique entertainment, or splurging on the stretch limo for your VIP. As a professional artist and graphic designer with years of experience turning event visions into reality, I ensure every detail is thoughtfully crafted.

STATIONERY + SIGNAGE SERVICES

This includes magazines, banners, favors, event accessories, welcome gifts, VIP gifts, etc.

Offering all printing methods, including laser, letterpress, embossing, foiling, and more, on mixed media applications
ACCESS TO EVENT RENTALS

You'll pay only material cost for items that are changed or updated within the inventory, otherwise we bring decor at no additional cost

SEAMLESS LOGISTICS, WOW EXPERIENCES FOR ATTENDEES + AN EXTRAORDINARY EVENT!
As the event host, you’ll be the face of the event - networking with attendees, and being the stage presence for announcements (if you want to be!). Meanwhile, my expert team and I will be behind the scenes, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience by providing the following services:

Event setup services with the assistance of my professional crew (often multiple days, depending on logistics)
