The Fine Art Wedding + Event package is what sets Events by Autumn apart from other planners.
It includes full service planning, as a basic foundation, but it goes far beyond just planning.

Step 1
INITIAL CONSULTATION + ONBOARDING
One of the first things we'll do together is just dream. This goes beyond what the day looks like - it includes how it feels, what it tastes + sounds like, and who will be there. I'll provide forms for your use in brainstorming + the organization of your own guest information. Those documents include things like:

Step 2
DESIGN, INSPIRATION + BUDGETING
I'll take the initial information you provide, and work with you to begin narrowing down the must-haves, budget range, and the big design elements you love. We will bounce inspiration back + forth. I love to look at ideas you've already been thinking about, but it's also my job to take those ideas and push the envelope even further, to make your event look unique to you two. I'll provide:

Step 3
VENDOR SELECTION + MANAGEMENT
Once you've established a comfortable spending limit with me, based on our design concepts and overall vibe of the day, I'll curate a customized vendor recommendation list. This will be specific to your event needs + budget. I always try to give a few selections in each category, so you're ultimately able to research + choose who you work with. I'll provide + assist with the following:

ORGANIZATIONAL TOOLS
This is where my decades spent in the industry (in many facets of event related positions) comes in handy. I often know what information vendors need, in advance of their need. I know how to sort + file + communicate information so it's clear as to what your day will look like, what times everyone needs to be where, and how it will all happen. In short, I am ORGANIZED + PRECISE. I'll provide the following:

Step 5
THE FINE ART WEDDING!
This is where I'm very different from other planners. You've dreamed + budgeted all the details, and now I will implement them in a way that's beautiful, cohesive, AND professionally built. Because I only charge material cost, this also leaves you room in the budget for more! (often used towards a better bar selection, more florals, or an elevated menu.) I am actually a professional artist, and graphic designer with many years of experience implementing event dreams and making them a reality.
FABRICATION

I offer wholesale pricing for custom builds + linen fabrication
STATIONERY + SIGNAGE SERVICES

Waived custom design fee ($1000 savings) at Winter Paper Co.

This includes favors + event accessories, welcome, gifts, etc.

Offering all printing methods, including laser, letterpress, embossing, foiling, and more, on mixed media applications
ACCESS TO EVENT RENTALS

Rental minimums waived

One full 13' cargo trailer load of decor included in quote

You'll pay only material cost for items that are changed or updated within the inventory, otherwise we bring decor at no additional cost

Step 6
LOGISTICS IMPLEMENTATION, MEMORABLE GUEST EXPERIENCES +
AN EPIC WEDDING DAY!
You'll be the guest of honor of your own event, being able to mingle and soak up the maximum amount of celebration with your friends + family. Meanwhile, I'm there with my professional team, helping make it a stress free experience by providing the following services:

Run dress rehearsal + manage the ceremony

Event setup services with the assistance of my professional crew (often days in advance, depending on logistics)
